Rutvi Patel
Rutvi has extensive 17+ years of career in providing orthopedic Physical Therapy. She is a manual therapist preferring individualized interventions and one-on-one treatment. Rutvi has spent the first 5 years of her career working with a well-known Physiatrist and yoga researcher-Dr. Loren Fishman at his Manhattan, NY facility.
Rutvi has completed numerous continuing education courses enabling her to provide the best & the most applicable treatment to her patients. Her additional training includes the Mckenzie approach in the treatment of cervical and lumbar pain & injuries, Stanley Paris in her treatment of spine, upper & lower extremities, Maitland approach in the treatment of the spine, peripheral extremities and core/lumbar stabilization, Mulligan manual approach in the treatment of the spine and peripheral extremities.
Further, she is certified in Graston Technique in the treatment of myofascial and trigger point release and Functional Movement Screening in treatment of various movement dysfunctions.
Rutvi is also a certified Yoga teacher. This enables her to combine the yoga approach for rehabilitation.
Amanda Peck
Amanda majored in biology at Allegheny College earning a Bachelor of Science degree. She continued her education at Drexel University where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with an orthopedic concentration. She has been practicing physical therapy in NJ since 2007. She has experience treating patients in several settings including outpatient, sub-acute rehab, and long-term care. She treats patients as individuals with a personalized approach to treatment sessions. She has experience treating orthopedic conditions as well as gait and balance dysfunction. Amanda is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT200).
Mona Tembe
Mona is a licensed physical therapist with 15 years of experience in the field. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Arcadia University while working in New Jersey. Mona has worked in New York, Texas, and New Jersey, treating patients in hospitals, post-acute care, long-term care, and outpatient settings. Her expertise spans orthopedic injuries, vertigo, and neuromuscular conditions. She focuses on addressing the root cause of problems and has additional training in the Mulligan concept, kinesiotaping, vestibular rehabilitation, and SFMA level 1 certification.
Mona is passionate about helping people return to their active lifestyles. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and exploring different cuisines.
Dhruti Barot

Dhruti Barot has experience working as a Physical Therapist in various types of clinical settings like Rehab, Ortho, Neuro, Cardio, NICU, and ICU. She has her Master’s degree in exercise and sports science from Texas State University and is pursuing a second master’s degree in Health Administration.
Dhruti is a powerful force in the workplace and utilizes her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard. She believes that proper biomechanics and mental health play a major role in overall Physical Recovery. She likes outdoor activities, traveling, and listening to music in her free time. Marichandra Murugan

Marichandra Murugan (Chandra), a licensed physical therapist with decades of experience, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal movement and regain confidence. Her extensive experience spans various healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics, sub-acute care facilities, long-term care centers, and specialized women’s health facilities. She holds certifications in Women’s Health Therapy (CAPP), Pelvic Floor Health, and Neuro-Muscular Rehabilitation, demonstrating a commitment to addressing a comprehensive range of physical needs. Additionally, her immense passion for Dance as Art form reflects a lifelong love of movement and its profound impact on healing.
Beyond qualifications, Chandra brings a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for patient care. She believes in the holistic benefits of yoga and strives to incorporate mindful movement practices into treatment plans whenever appropriate.
