Dr. Kosheff, DPT

Dr. Kosheff initially started as a Massage Therapist, graduating from the Allied-Chiromedical Institute in Englewood, NJ in 1989. He had then taken and passed the New York State Massage licensing exam in 1990. Wanting to do more to help people, Dr. Kosheff chose to become a physical therapist. He was accepted into the physical therapy program at S.U.N.Y. Buffalo, graduating with his BSPT in 1994. Having a strong interest in manual therapy, he began taking courses through what is now the University at St. Augustine. He earned manual therapy certification in 2002. He then continued his education by entering into the transitional DPT program at Widener University, earning his DPT in 2004. He continued taking courses in

American and British Osteopathic manual medicine. He developed proficiencies in use of non-thrust and thrust techniques for the spine and extremities. He has also taken a wide variety of soft tissue courses including trigger point, myofascial release, Strain-Counter Strain, and Fascial

Manipulation. He is a Diploma Graduate, program in fascial manipulation.
